Products Description

  • Spray drying process can be used almost all the liquid pumping a continuous process for the free flow of powder. Products Features

      Low-cap-type exhaust structure designed to ensure that most of the powders were collected at the bottom of the drying tower, only a small amount of powder into the Cyclone Separator or bag filter, as can greatly reduces the pressure in the gas-solid separation process of the downstream dust collector.

      The heating system uses non-oxidizing heating pipe fittings. The air entering the drying room is all filtered through 3-stage filtration including primary, intermediate and high-temperature high-efficiency filter, and the purification level reaches more than one hundred thousand grade. External impurities are prevented from being mixed into the product to affect the post-processing procedures such as molding and sintering of the product.

      ● The novel pulse dust collector is specially made of a new generation of advanced laminating material from DuPont (USA). This corrugated filter element has the characteristics of large filtering area, convenient cleaning, strong reusability, good antistatic effect, and high temperature resistance. At the same time, it has a significant recovery efficiency for the recovery of fine powder.

      ● The powder-extraction pipeline adopts quick-installed sanitary pipe fittings (the inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings are all mirror -polished to prevent powder accumulation in the pipeline). The drying room is equipped with manholes for cleaning and observation and climbing ladders for easy disassembly, cleaning, and product replacement.

      ● Two fluid nozzle, Located in both chamber ceiling centre and cone side of chamber. Can handle high density or viscosity feeds.Shock base on the cone is used to avoid wall deposit.

      ● Fresh air will be heated by electric heater, and cleaned by air filter(F4,F9,H13)

      ● High-efficiency cyclone: yielding is about 98% for ≥5μpowder.Drying chamber design includes manhole, Powder pipeline adopts sanitary tubesand clamps for easy maintain and cleaning.
